Cargo may be diverted from Original Bill of Lading 
Destination if stowage permits, in addition to any costs
involved when shifting cargo required in order to 
accomplish a diversion. The freight charge on cargo 
diverted from Original Bill of Lading Destination shall be 
the applicable rate to actual Port of Discharge, plus 
diversion charge, but in no case shall the resultant 
total freight charges be less than the freight charges 
to the Original Port of Discharge.
