If shipper does not present to carrier evidence of clearance
of certificate of Title or clearance of certificate of
origin with US Customs 48 hours or more prior to loading,
the shipper shall be subject to an additional charge of
$1,000.00 and the vehicle shall not be shipped. Vehicle will
be loaded on the next available sailing after receipt of
evidence noted above.
