will be increased by an additional amount as follows:

Except as otherwise provided in individual TLIs, all rates
coded with service types TY under the above TVR Numbers,
will be increased by an additional amount as follows:
 
       $369.00 per 20' Container
       $494.00 per 40' Container (all sizes)
 
Except as otherwise provided in individual TLIs, all rates
coded with service types YO under the above TVR Numbers,
will be increased by an additional amount as follows:
 
To Tema only:
       $191.50 per 20' Container
 
To Tin Can only:
       $343.00 per 20' Container
       $ 50.00 per 40' Container (all sizes)

To Abidjan only:
       $ 70.00 per 20' Container
       $ 93.00 per 40' Container (all sizes)
 
To Banjul, Cotonou, Dakar, Douala, Lome, Tema and
  Tin Can only:
       $ 35.00 per 20' Container
 
To Banjul only:
       $ 10.00 per 40' Container (all sizes)
 
To Cotonou, Douala, Lobito, Lome, Luanda, Tema and
  Tin Can only:
       $ 20.00 per 40' Container (all sizes)
