C. DIVERSION OR RE-DIRECTION OF CARGO:
 
   In the event of a request being made by the Shipper 
   or Consignee, for diversion or redirection of cargo, 
   the Carrier may at its option comply with such request 
   upon arrival of the cargo at the originally intended 
   port of destination. All costs associated with such
   service will be borne by the Consignee and must be
   paid prior to release of the cargo.
