HAZARDOUS CARGO SURCHARGE:
 
   A Hazardous Cargo Surcharge of $25.00 W/M will apply
   to all shipments of Hazardous or Dangerous
   Cargo, as defined in Rule 16.  Cargo destined to
   Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia or
   Thailand will be subject to a minimum Hazardous
   Cargo Surcharge of $250.00.
