For shipments tendered under the mixed commodity rates
herein, the following shall apply:
 
  1. The rates apply only on cargo tendered to Carrier.
 
  2. The rates apply only when the following conditions
     are met:
     Shipper must be shown as the Shipper on Carrier's
     Bill of Lading and:
     A. one Consignee per Bill of Lading
     B. one port of loading per Bill of Lading
     C. one port of discharge per Bill of Lading
 
  3. The rates will not apply on cargo requiring the use
     of temperature controlled containers.
 
  4. All other tariff rules will apply.
 
  5. Explosives, flammables, dangerous or hazardous 
     articles must NOT be accepted without prior approval 
     of the Carrier.
 
  6. Not subject to freight forwarder compensation.
 
  7. Subject to minimum charges.
