Carrier hereby provides notice of its intent to invoke the
FMC's tariff publication/adherence exemption pursuant to
46 CFR Part 532, et seq.
Pursuant to 46 CFR Parts 520 and 532, Carrier has elected
to move cargo either via tariff rates or via Non-Vessel
Operating Common Carrier Negotiated Rate Arrangements (NRA).
