Where TLIs are filed in this Tariff on a FIO basis,
such TLIs shall be subject to the following provisions:

1. Cargo to be loaded/discharged, stowed, lashed/unlashed,
secured/unsecured and dunnage by Shippers' stevedores,
free of expense to the vessel. Loading and discharging
to be performed under supervision and responsibility of
the Master in accordance with Shipper's stowage
instructions. Carrier supplying lashing material as
required/necessary.

2. All taxes and/or dues on cargo and/or freight to be
for Shippers' account.
