Except as otherwise provided, the following Wharfage
Charges will be applied to all cargo loaded or discharged
ex U.S. Base Ports between Far East, Australia, French
Polynesia, Papua New Guinea, New Zealand, Brunei, Pacific
Ports in the former U.S.S.R. and Ports in Continental
Europe (See Exceptions), the United Kingdom (See Exceptions)
and Scandinavia when loaded from U.S. Pacific Ports:
 
Long Beach:
 
Automobiles           $29.10 per Unit
High & Heavy Cargo    $16.97 per Metric Ton
 
Port Hueneme:
 
Automobiles           $24.00 per Unit
High & Heavy Cargo    $17.00 per Metric Ton
 
Wharfage at U.S. Ports, which is established by Custom of
the Port, by Port or Local tariffs or by U.S. Customs, shall
be for the account of the cargo.
 
EXCEPTIONS:
 
From Europe and the United Kingdom, To Long Beach:
Automobiles           $30.56 per Unit
High & Heavy Cargo    $17.82 per Metric Ton
 
From Europe and the United Kingdom, To Port Hueneme:
Automobiles           $26.00 per Unit
High & Heavy Cargo    $17.00 per Metric Ton
