Except as otherwise provided, all shipments moving from the
United States shall be subject to the following:
 
Any change to a bill of lading requested by a shipper must
be submitted to NYK no later than 5 business days after
vessels sailing the load port. For changes requiring
manifest corrections after this period, a fee of $50.00
per bill of lading will apply. In addition, if the manifest
corrections is for C.O.D. to divert the cargo (Port of
Discharge change), a $60.00 per vehicle shift on board
will apply in the event that other units on board require
shifting in order to shift the requested COD for new
discharge delivery.
