RULE: 6.1 - USE OF CARRIER EQUIPMENT - ROLL TRAILERS Eff: 23MAY2015

For non-forkliftable cargo, loaded from U.S. Origin Ports to
Middle East destination ports, and requiring use of Carrier
equipment such as MAFI trailer, the following Minimum
Revenue (in U.S. Dollars) will apply:
 
40 Foot MAFI Trailer: Minimum ocean freight revenue:
   USD9,000 per MAFI
 
60 Foot MAFI Trailer: Minimum ocean freight revenue:
   USD11,000 per MAFI
 
For non-forkliftable cargo, loaded from U.S. Origin Ports to
Far East, Southeast Asian, Oceania, East African, Central
American (See exceptions below), or South American (See
exceptions below) destination ports, and requiring use of
Carrier equipment such as MAFI trailer, the following
Minimum Revenue (in U.S. Dollars) will apply:
 
40 Foot MAFI Trailer: Minimum ocean freight revenue:
   USD12,000 per MAFI
 
60 Foot MAFI Trailer: Minimum ocean freight revenue:
   USD14,000 per MAFI
 
ALL EQUIPMENT USAGE IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
 
Above Minimum revenue are not applicable from U.S. Ports of
Load when cargo is loaded on Roll Trailers for Carrier's
convenience.
 
 
EXCEPTIONS:
 
For non-forkliftable cargo, loaded from U.S. Origin Ports to
Colombia, Panama, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Costa Rica,
Honduras and Guatemala ports, and requiring use of
Carrier equipment such as MAFI trailer, the following
Minimum Revenue (in U.S. Dollars) will apply:
 
40 Foot MAFI Trailer: Minimum ocean freight revenue:
   USD3,500 per MAFI
 
60 Foot MAFI Trailer: Minimum ocean freight revenue:
   USD6,500 per MAFI
 
For non-forkliftable cargo, loaded from U.S. Origin Ports to
Brazil ports, and requiring use of Carrier equipment such as
MAFI trailer, the following Minimum Revenue (in
U.S. Dollars) will apply:
 
40 Foot MAFI Trailer: Minimum ocean freight revenue:
   USD7,000 per MAFI
 
60 Foot MAFI Trailer: Minimum ocean freight revenue:
   USD9,500 per MAFI
 
For non-forkliftable cargo, loaded from U.S. Origin Ports to
Argentina ports, and requiring use of Carrier equipment such
as MAFI trailer, the following Minimum Revenue (in
U.S. Dollars) will apply:
 
40 Foot MAFI Trailer: Minimum ocean freight revenue:
   USD8,000 per MAFI
 
60 Foot MAFI Trailer: Minimum ocean freight revenue:
   USD10,500 per MAFI
 
For non-forkliftable cargo, loaded from U.S. Origin Ports to
Chile, Ecuador, Peru and Uruguay ports, and requiring use of
Carrier equipment such as MAFI trailer, the following
Minimum Revenue (in U.S. Dollars) will apply:
 
40 Foot MAFI Trailer: Minimum ocean freight revenue:
   USD9,000 per MAFI
 
60 Foot MAFI Trailer: Minimum ocean freight revenue:
   USD11,000 per MAFI
 
ALL EQUIPMENT USAGE IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
