Except as otherwise provided, all cargo loaded or
discharged, moving Between the US Origin Port Group And
the Pacific Ports in the former U.S.S.R. and Ports in
Continental Europe, the United Kingdom and Scandinavia,
shall be subject to the following Terminal Handling Charges:
 
THC Charges to be added at load Ports
 
Cars/SUV's:
 
Baltimore       $ 85.00 per unit
Jacksonville    $ 75.00 per unit
Houston         $ 70.00 per unit
Newark          $120.00 per unit (See Exceptions)
San Juan        $ 70.00 per unit
All other Ports $ 75.00 per unit (See Exceptions)
 
POV - Cars/SUV's (booking that exceeds a minimum of 25 units
will be applied the following rate) $75.00 per unit (See
Exceptions).
 
High and Heavy Cargo (See Exceptions):
 
 > 9 metric tons            $120.00 per unit
9 < 30 metric tons          $170.00 per unit
over 30 metric tons         $200.00 per unit
Static                      $ 14.63 per metric ton
 
Boats (See Exceptions):
 
$5.44 per every 40 cft (valid for all US Origin Port
   Group loading ports)
 
If cargo requires additional equipment (ie. crane) to
receive the cargo at loadport from the first mode of
transport (truck/barge, etc.) these charges are for the
shipper account.

High & Heavy Cargo    $100.00 per Unit
 
From Europe and the United Kingdom, To Port Hueneme:

  Over 10 Tons             $ 77.15 per unit
 
Towed Units:               $195.70 per unit
Tracked Vehicles or Units: $195.70 per unit
Mafis, Oversized Trailers: $195.70 per unit
