Filing Codes	I

1) Charges and surcharges expressed as a percentage apply as
   a percentage of extended freight and charges as
   indicated.

2) Charges and sucharges expressed on a rate basis apply on
   the same rate basis as cargo is freighted.

3) When cargo is freighted on a rate basis for which there
   is no equivalent in the charge or surcharge, then:

   a.if cargo is freighted on an EA or per container basis
     (PC,AC,DF,FB,FR,GC,HH,IN,OT,PL,RF,TK,TL,or VR) then
     assess the charge or surcharge on the basis of 1000
     kgs.

   b. if cargo is freighted on an AV, LS or MBM basis, then
      assess the charge or surcharge on the basis of 1000
      kgs or 1 cubic meter whichever produces the greater
      charge.

4) When cargo moves under a rate that is subject to a
   minimum weight or measure requirement, the same minimum
   applies to the charges and surcharges expressed on the
   rate basis.
