At the request of shipper or consignee, carrier, at its
option, may discharge deliver cargo at a port other than
that stated in the Bill of Lading.  Shipper or consignee
must submit such diverson request to carrier forty-eight
(48) hours, exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and holidays,
prior to vessel's arrival at the port of discharge (either
the port on the Bill of Lading or the port to which
diverted, whichever is earlier).

When carrier grants such request for diversion, actual
shifting expense, subject to a minimum of USD15.00 per ton
as freighted, is for the account of cargo.

When the requested diversion changes only place of delivery
but does not change discharge port, no shifting expenses
are incurred or billed.

Freight and charges are adjusted to be those in effect to
the diverted destination.

A reprint charge of USD 100 per Bill of Lading is assessed
when request for diversion occurs after the carrier has
printed the Bill of Lading.

Adjusted freight and charges, the reprint charge and
shifting expense must be paid in accordance with the terms
of Rule 7.
