Any container fumigated while in the care of the carrier
will be subject to a charge of USD75.00 per 20' container
and USD75.00 per 40' or 45' container in addition to the
actual cost for fumigation.  This charge will be payable
directly to the carrier and the charge for the actual
fumigation will be billed by the company performing the
fumigation services.  If the fumigation company refuses to
bill directly the carrier will accept the cargo and bill at
cost the charges for fumigation.
