Subject to the provisions in this rule, carrier may, at its
option, issue more than one Bill of Lading for shipments
where the tariff rate is subject to a minimum weight or
quantity per container.

1. Any deficit from carrier minimum shall be distributed
   between that container's Bills of Lading in accordance
   with the shipper's instructions or on a pro-rata basis.

2. Each individual Bill of Lading is also subject to the
   minimum Bill of Lading charges in Rule 6.

3. Bills of Lading issued under the provisions of this
   rule must be from the same origin, to the same
   destination, and from one shipper.
