Throughout this tariff the classification of explosives,
combustible liquids, radioactive materials or other
dangerous or hazardous cargo shall be in accordance with
the International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) Code as
issued by the International Maritime Organization (IMO).
Shipments shall also be in accordance with the Code of
Federal Regulations, (Title 49, Chapter 1 parts 100-199).
