container size), but, unless specified in individual
line items, are not restricted by the height of the
container furnished by carrier.

Unless otherwise specified in individual line items,
rates stated on a per container basis apply only from
one shipper and from CY at one origin to one destination.

Rates are restricted to apply only to container types
as indicated.

CONTAINER TYPE CODES:

PC - Only Dry Containers

AC - Only to Atmosphere Controlled Containers, See Rule
     2-140.

DF - Only to Drop Frame Containers

FB - Only to Flatbed Containers

FR - Only to Flatrack Containers

GC - Only to Garment Containers

HH - Only to Half-height Containers

IN - Only to Insulated Containers

OT - Only to Open Top Containers

PL - Only to Platform Containers

RF - Only to Temperature Controlled Containers, See Rule
      2-R. (Equates to ATFI code RE.)

TK - Only to Tank Containers, restricted to apply to CY
      at destination only, unless otherwise specified
      in individual line items. (Equates to ATFI code TC)

TL - Only to Top Loader Containers.

VR - Only to Vehicle Rack Containers.
