Packages containing more than one commodity, including
advertising material

Unless otherwise provided in this tariff, any package
containing more than one commodity must be charged at the
rate for the highest rated commodity contained therein,
except advertising material when shipped in the same
packages with the commodity it advertises.

ADVERTISING MATERIAL may be shipped with the goods it
advertises, at the rate applying on such goods, whether
in the same package or container with goods or in separate
container when accompanying the goods, provided the
amount of advertising material does not exceed five percent
(5%) of the gross weight of the goods and packaging.
