1. Packing requirements

   Unless the kind of packing is specified in individual
   items, rates named herein may be applied at the
   discretion of the carrier without regard to kind of
   packing used.

   Commodity descriptions specifying package type apply
   on commodities packed in their original containers
   which are legibly marked as to content and which are
   not further encased or over-packed.

2. Marking of freight

   Each package, bundle or piece of freight should be
   plainly marked with the full name or initials of
   consignee and the destination in full to insure proper
   delivery.  The marks on packages should be compared
   with the shipping order and corrections be made, if
   necessary, by the shipper or his representative.  Old
   marks should be removed or effaced.
