Shipper warrants that all documents and other information
provided to the carrier by the shipper or its agents,
which may affect the applicable freight or other charges
are accurate.  Such documents and/or information include,
but are not limited to:

1. Description of goods;

2. Weight, measurment, piece or package count or other
   form of freighting provided in the tariff for the
   cargo;

3. Bills of Lading;

4. Export declaration;

5. Container manifest, packing or shipping list, invoice,
   or similar document;

6. Any other document or information required by the
   tariff or applicable law.
