Bill of Lading amendments must conform with export
declaration and supporting documents

Shipper amendments of Bills of Lading (including quantity,
weight, measure and commodity description) will only be
accepted if such amendments are in conformity with the
shipper's export declaration or supported by a shipper's
export declaration showing the words "Correction Copy".

Bills of Lading requiring amendment to correct
misdeclaration are subject to the conditions and
penalties contained in Rule 2.220.
