CFS and CY cargo that has been loaded to vessel at any port
may be discharged at any subsequent port for stuffing
additional CFS cargo into the container.

The combined revenue from all load ports shall be included
to determine if minimum per container revenue requirements
of any Rule or commodity item have been met.
