In addition to the services described in Rule 23-020, the
origin receiving charge on CFS cargo includes the following
services:

         - Issuing truck receipt for cargo; Tallying cargo;
           Ordinary sorting and stacking of cargo; Loading
           cargo into carrier's container; Transport of
           container from CFS to CY; Wharfage as assessed
           by port authorities or applicable terminal
           tariffs; Railcar unloading of refrigerated
           commodities.

The following charge is assessed on all cargo which is
loaded into the container by the carrier ATFI S Service):
