The following charge, subject to a minimum of one revenue
ton, will be assessed on all cargo received by the carrier
which is not loaded into or onto a container by the carrier
(ATFI Service Code S / Container Type N/A):

   RATE BASIS          CHARGE
   W, M, WM            USD 30.00 / RT (1)(2)
   ALL OTHER           USD 30.00 / WM (1)

(1) Subject to a minimum of one revenue ton.

(2) Per revenue ton as freighted.

EXCLUSIONS:

The non-containerizeable cargo origin receiving charge will
not apply on the following, but any wharfage charge
assessed by the terminal or port authority against the
vessel shall be assessed against the cargo by the carrier:
 On cargo loaded directly to the vessel from open top
  railroad cars, barges, or lighters spotted alongside and
  vessel by the shipper or his agent.
 On bulk liquid cargo pumped directly into tanks on board
  the vessel from railroad tank cars, tank trucks, barges
  or pipeline.
 On cargo loaded directly to the vessel by gravity fall
  or mechanical conveyor.
