Cargo free time and demurrage at interchange and
transshipment ports.

When cargo is held as a result of an act or ommission of
the shipper at an interchange or transshipment port beyond
the vessel for which originally booked, or 10 calendar
days, whichever is greater, it shall be subject to free
time and wharf demurrage provisions applicable at that
port.
