If a shipper (or a member of a shipper's association),
whose shipments are tendered to carrier, is identified to
carrier as an NVOCC, carrier will require documentation,
review of NVOCC's applicable tariff rule, or other review
permitted by Federal Maritime Commission order, which
satisfies carrier that NVOCC has a tariff and bond on file
with the Federal Maritime Commission as required by the
Shipping Act of 1984, as amended.
