3. Tractors
4. Explosives
5. Dangerous or hazardous cargo restricted to on-deck
   stowage
6. Temperature, atmosphere or humidity controlled or cool
   room cargo
7. Household goods and personal effects
8. All cargo taking rates lower than the project rates.
