twelve (12) meters long.  Except as otherwise provided in
individual rate tariff line items, the charges contained
in this rule are in addition to the rates contained in the
individual rate tariff line item.


The following charge per revenue ton as freighted applies:

                       LENGTH (M)

   Over 12 M and not over 13.72 M ........... USD20.00
Over 13.72 M and not over 16.77 M ........... USD35.00
Over 16.77 M and not over 19.82 M ........... USD45.00
Over 19.82 M                      ............SEE NOTE

NOTE: For each additional 3.09 M or fraction thereof in
      excess of 19.82 M, add USD6.00 per RT as freighted to
      the foregoing rate specified for over 16.77 M and not
      over 19.82 M.
