Freight Collect shipments are subject to Carrier's prior
approval.

Freight and charges may be billed on a collect basis only
as specified in Rule No. 7.01E.

All freight and charges which are billed on a freight
collect basis must be paid in full for the complete
originally issued Bill of Lading quantity prior to release
of any portion of the cargo.

Carrier does not extend credit on prepaid at foreign
location Bills of Lading.

When freight and charges are billed collect they may be
paid in U.S. dollars or, at the carrier's option paid in
any currency acceptable to the carrier.  For acceptable
currencies and conversion provisions see Rule No. 7.020.
