1. Rates and charges in U.S. currency

   Unless otherwise specified, rates and charges are quoted
   in U.S. currency (USD).

2. Currency convertibility

   In addition to United States Dollars (USD), freight
   and charges may be billed and paid in foreign
   currencies acceptable to carrier, provided they are
   unblocked, freely convertible and remittable into
   U.S. Dollars and free of tax.

   Conversion will be calculated on the exchange rate
   at time of receipt of cargo at the rate of exchange
   as published in the Wall Street Journal.
