All cargo moving subject to a government approved inspection will be subject to the following fees. Inspection itself is the sole responsibility of the shipper and should be prearranged prior to delivery to carrier. Note diversion clause if change in discharge is requested due to a lack of proper inspection. Cargo which shipper/consignee wishes to have inspected for purposes of determining cargo value in order to customs duty after cargo has been loaded, but prior to reaching final port of discharge as required by port of discharge will be subject to the following fee for additional inspection. Lump sum $150.00 dollars per unit requiring inspection (stowage permitting/time in schedule) to be assessed. Inspection to be permitted and charge to be assessed at carrier's sole option and discretion (independent inspector arranged by shipper/consignee at their expense).
