ports destined to Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Panama
and Peru shall be subject to a Panama Canal Surcharge
as follows:

  For Autos, Vans, Light-Duty Vehicles
   and Trucks with a TLI Rate Basis of
   "EA"                                 US$30.00 per Unit
  For All Other Cargo                   US$ 1.50 as
                                         freighted
