Public inspection of tariff material, including the 
official tariff when it is not available for access 
due to a computer breakdown or similar disaster, 
shall be available at the office of the Tariff Publisher 
shown in the Tariff Record hereto.  Requests for tariff 
access shall be made to the Tariff Publisher at least 24 
hours prior to the access date.  Publisher's staff shall 
assist in the access to tariff material.  The charge for 
tariff access shall be $35.00 per hour plus 46 cents per
minute, minimum charge $50.00.  Paper copies of tariff
material will be available for a fee of $5.00 per page.
