Term: 3 - COMMODITIES
Self propelled forklifts, material handlers not to
exceed vessels capabilities.  Attachments or loose
parts that can be handled with a forklift accompanying
a set up manufacturer new unit.

Term: 4 - MINIMUM QUANTITY OR PORTION
A forecast stating estimated volume to be shipped to be
provided to Carrier as specified below on the 1st day of
any given month.  Forecast to include, model, dimensions
and weight minimum one month prior to loading.  If there
is a seasonal time period which will require Carrier to
commit more space than required on average forecast for
the year to any given port of discharge Shipper to be
provided three months in advance so Carrier can ensure
the proper tonnage is in place to satisfy all of the
Shippers requirements.

Term: 8 - DURATION OF THE CONTRACT
AUGUST 26, 1998 THROUGH AUGUST 25, 2000

Term: 12 - TRANSFER STATEMENT
THIS SERVICE CONTRACT HAS BEEN TRANSFERRRED FROM NOSAC/NYK
JOINT SERVICE (NORTH/SOUTH) TARIFF FMC 001, (012377),
RULE 27 (1), LOYALTY CONTRACT NO. 1.
