Tractor Cabs, to include parts or attachments moving
with the main set up unit.

Term: 4 - MINIMUM QUANTITY OR PORTION
The Shipper has provided to Carrier its estimates of
commodities to be shipped. Shipper agrees to provide
Carrier with at least 90% of the commodities that it
ships from the U.S. east coast to Buenos Aires,
Argentina during the term of this Agreement.

Term: 8 - DURATION OF THE CONTRACT
JULY 23, 1999 THRU JULY 22, 2001
