This Tariff contains no Extra Length Charges.  Carrier
will accept for transportation articles which because of
their length or bulk cannot, in Carrier's judgement, be
safely stowed wholly within the trailer's or container's
dimensions, ONLY upon prior arrangement.  Rates to apply
will be as published in this Tariff.
