   assessed an extra Handling Charge of
   $300.00 per unit (SEE NOTE 1).
 
   All Non-Running Self Propelled Motor Vehicles
   will be assessed a Towing Fee of $50.00 per unit
   (SEE NOTE 1).
 
   NOTE 1: No Brokerage is paid on any Surcharges.
