Receiving Charges in this tariff set forth in individual
TLIs shall be SUBJECT to the following provisions:
 
1. Receiving Charges in Baltimore, Houston, Jacksonville
   and New York:
 
   No brokerage is paid on any Surcharges.
 
   This Receiving Charge applies only when cargo is (1)
   delivered to Carrier's terminal under its own power,
   (2) removed from trailer without mechanical
   assistance, or which requires special equipment for
   handling, Shipper/Consignee must apply to stevedore
   directly for use of special equipment and charges
   accruing thereto.
 
2. Receiving Charges in Los Angeles:
 
   No brokerage is paid on any Surcharges.
