At Carrier's discretion, equipment of a type other than
the type booked or ordered by the Shipper or its agent
may be substituted.  Substitution of equipment and
transfer of goods provided herein shall not affect
the Carrier's rates and charges provided for in this
Tariff, or responsibilities and liabilities to
Shipper and Consignee.
 
Substitution of equipment in this Tariff may include,
but will not be limited to:
the substitution of two (2) 40 ft. non-operating
refrigerated containers for one (1) 45 ft. 96 inch
dry container;
the substitution of a standard dry container for
a non-operating refrigerated container;
the substitution of standard height equipment for
high cube equipment; or
the substitution of high cube equipment for
standard height equipment.
 
The applicable tariff rate shall be the rate for the
container size and type booked by the Shipper or its agent.
