Base Ports specified in Rule 1 herein shall be SUBJECT to
an Outport Arbitrary Charge of $300.00 Per 2,000 Lbs.
in addition to the applicable Base Port rate (SEE
NOTE 1).
 
NOTE 1: When rates are specifically published to apply
From/To an Outport in individual commodity rate items,
the Outport Arbitrary does not apply.
