(A) Rates herein published apply per Weight Ton of 100 pounds (W) or per Measurement Ton of 1 cft. (M), whichever basis yields the greater revenue, except as otherwise specified. Where rates are applicable per unit, the rate basis "EA", signifying "Each" shall be specified.
