Where Carrier performs terminal services, such services
shall include, but not be limited to: the receiving of 
freight from Shipper, Shipper's agent or inland carrier 
at Carrier's terminal; the delivering of freight to 
Consignee, Consignee's agent, or inland carrier at 
Carrier's terminal; the positioning of empty container 
for loading by Shipper or Shipper's agent; or the 
repositioning of loaded container from alongside vessel 
for pickup by Consignee or Consignee's agent.  Where 
reference is made hereto, a Terminal Handling Charge 
shall be assessed as set forth below:
 
Cargo moving under non-container rates  $100.00 WM
Cargo moving under per container rates  $500.00
