Except as otherwise provided and only when applicable, a 
Late Payment Fee of $58.33 per month shall apply.
 
Payment is considered to be late when the customer fails to
pay for the shipment within the first 30 days from the 
invoice date. The first late payment fee is to be charged
on the 31st day after the invoice date, and each applicable
30 days thereafter.
 
If the customer fails to pay for the shipment within the 
first 30 days from the invoice date, the Carrier reserves 
the right to send the account to collections.
