RULE: 26 - TIME/VOLUME RATES IN FOREIGN COMMERCE Eff: 24JUN1998

Time/Volume Rates in this tariff shall be filed
in accordance with 46 C.F.R. Sections 514.13 (a)(2)(ii)
and 514.13 (b)(19)(i), subject to the terms and
conditions below.

1. Except as noted below, all charges, classifications,
   rules and practices concerning time/volume rates will
   be as shown in the individual commodity description
   and/or TLIs.  Bills of Lading covering shipments
   under a time/volume-rate arrangement must be clearly
   noted with the time/volume rate number and/or
   Shipper name in the Shipper box on the Bill of Lading.

2. Carrier will maintain copies of all Bills of Lading
   for cargo moving under time/volume rates. Such Bills
   of Lading shall constitute the shipment records which
   will support the application of the time/volume rates.

3. Shipper must notify Carrier in writing by mail,
   courier, facsimile or electronic mail of its intention
   to use a time/volume rate prior to tendering any
   shipment under the time/volume-rate arrangement.

4. REQUIREMENTS:  If less than the minimum volume
   specified in time/volume rates in this tariff has
   been shipped by the end of the offering period, then
   all cargo shipped shall be re-rated at rates contained
   elsewhere in this tariff.

4. GENERAL TERMS:

A) Once a Time/Volume Rate is accepted by one shipper,
   it shall remain in effect for the time specified,
   without amendment; and

B) Shipper notices and shipment records supporting a
   Time/Volume Rate will be maintained by the Carrier
   for five years after any shipper's use of a
   Time/Volume Rate has ended.  Bills of Lading shall
   constitute shipment records.
